Pretty decent color with a lighter red rim. Almost a purple hue in the center. A bit jammy on the nose with light floral and dried fruit action going on. Palate was medium+ dry with pretty decent tannins. There was a hint of Bing cherries floating around the mouth as well. There was also a nice finish of soft garden spices and light earth. My kind of pizza or stew wine.
