With a color of ripe prunes and a nose of black currents and earth, this wine shows great depth and is medium to full bodied. On the palate there is some good pepper and nice rich yet sweet tannins. The finish is pretty long as I think it lasted around 20 seconds. The ripe fruit comes out on the end.
