Wine is deep red in color with hints of light red on the rim. On the nose this wine is HUGE!!! Notes of black ink and lead pencil. Almost too much wine for the price. I would imagine that is see's around 6 months of oak. On the palate it is high in acidity with pretty good balance. Tannins are pretty big as they need to calm down in the bottle. Wine will age for a few more years until its ready to pop.
