With a blend of 70% Negroamara and 30% Montepulcino, this wine is bone dry!!! Almost black in color with a nose of rich red black and red fruits. There is a slight hint of mint and earth tones that follow. Sweet oak on the palate with good acidity and balance. Loads of blackberry and spices. Like I said though...bone dry!Tasted 5/09
