Light hay with a hint of straw in color. Malo on the nose with medium plus vanilla notes. Soft with a bitterness or green fruit and berries. Light oak. NO. Wine is not balanced. Seems like they are just trying to make a quick buck. California has plenty of those already.Tasted 12/08
