Made with Ecologically-Grown Grapes,wine is Biodynamic and Vegan. This is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Unfiltered with a rich red center. Big red fruit with some dried spices on the nose. Medium bodied with light brown sugar on the palate with a hint of bacon. Tannins and acidity in the medium area and the finish is pretty soft. I'd say that this wine is ready to drink now and could use a few minutes in the decanter in order to bring more of the fruit out. Nice wine.
