Wine is made with ecologically-grown grapes. Wine is from Chile and is 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Wine is clear with some nice citrus notes and a strange sweet note. Now I know you can not smell sugar, but there is something I can smell and it is sweet. Great acidity and balance with some hazelnuts, and lemon grass on the finish.
