The 2006 Chardonnay has a light green tint with some straw-like color. Light honey, tropical fruit and a hint of malo was pushed through the old nasal passage. On the palate there was a pretty good helping of butter and popcorn, and did finish a bit light for what it was. Not bad, but it taste like most Chardonnay's on the market today. Again, this is Certified Organic.
