Made with organic grapes, this Bordeaux is a blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon. Wine is clear with a light mint or green tint to it. The nose has some light minerals with some subtle fig notes. On the palate there is more wet rock, very very light notes of sea salt with med+ acidity. Pretty easy drinker, but I wouldn't chill it to much. This is more of a traditional French white. I love it.
