I'm always willing to try a new organic wine when it comes pass my nose. When a wine rep comes in with the winemaker, its harder to say no. This wine was clear with huge tropical notes, dried herbs and lots of green fruit. A bit spicy on the palate but the fruit notes are the same as they are in the nose. Low viscosity and a med+ body, this was one of those wines that I was glad I took the time to sniff and spit. And the best thing is...It's Certified Organic. Good job.
