The "Cult" juice! This wine is made from grapes that was sourced from one of Napa's long time cult producers.
This is a wine that is made for Parker! Wine is huge with tannins and over ripe fruit. Wine may even be over extracted. Nice for a Bordeaux style, but does not have the structure needed to make it a lasting wine. It is trying to be a pretty big wine but lacks the balance.
There are some nice fruit notes of plum and cherry but being that it sees 18 months of new french oak...Its just to much for the mouth and lacks the love. I just think they are trying to hard to make something work.
