Black in color with a rich currant nose. Full bodied with a soft raisin palate. Light smoke with hints of cigar box. Finish is slightly, but fades to a smooth piece of goodness. Wine Spectator gave it 88 points and a drink date till 2009. I think they have a screwed up head since there is enough acidity and balance to hold up for at least a few more years after.
