A bit darker than hay in color with a light hint of crayon on the nose. Very clean on the palate, but the acidity creeps ups a bit. Light odd taste with a hint of metal or light wet rock on the finish. Wine is from Sicily and fermented in stainless steel.
Grillo is also know as Riddu and the primary grape for Marsala.
