Straw-like color with a few notes of sage, and dried stone fruit lingering around. There is also a bit of honey on the edge, not fully there but just enough to notice. Great balance and acidity with lots of fruit that blends in with the minerals. The finish was pretty smooth and light. At first sniff I wans't impressed, but then I took a second try and it started to grow on me.
The 2007 is made from a blend of Grechetto, Trebbiano, Verdello, Malvasia, Drupeggio, Chardonnay and Riesling. Yah, all those in a little bottle. Then there is the topper for this little beauty...the wine is Biodynamic.
