Not only is this Torrontes organic but it is also fair-trade vegan meaning that are fined with bentonite not egg whites or isinglass.
This wine from Argentina has a paste-like nose. Now when I say paste, I mean the paste that everyone used to eat while they were in grade school. This is the paste that come with the built in stick and is kind of clumpy. Color is clear with a light hay tint. Lacks fruit and is high in acidity. Not really what I look for in a Torrontes.
